# Refunds

Wave A purchases go through **Google Play**. Refund eligibility and processing follow **Google’s policies** and your local consumer laws.

## How to request a refund

1. Open [Google Play — request a refund](https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637) (or use Play → account → Order history).  
2. Select the 4Anox VPN order.  
3. Follow Google’s refund flow.

If Google directs you to the developer, email **support@4anox.com** with:

- Order number / Play order id  
- Account email  
- Short reason

## What we can and cannot promise

- We cannot override every Play decision.  
- We do not advertise “risk-free money-back guarantee” unless counsel and Play policies explicitly allow a stated program.  
- Chargebacks and fraud reviews follow store and payment-network rules.
